幾經(jīng)辛苦先Reg到EPC A/C,好高興見到香港有咁多人玩3D Printer。小弟都玩左3D Printer 2年幾3年,第一部系2011年入手的PrintrBot ,第二部系巖攞到手嘅Makibox Beta Version(應(yīng)該系第7個(gè)Beta testers),嚟緊7月中至尾應(yīng)該會(huì)有多部Makerbot Replicator 2X (而家買要等好耐,至少要8個(gè)星期,長(zhǎng)嘅話要成10個(gè)星期。等到我想講粗口*(&(*&$#(*&#(*$&%^)。
遲啲我會(huì)出開箱/少少教學(xué)/用3D printer 少少心得同大家交流下。小弟才疏學(xué)淺,有羊講錯(cuò)、講得唔好,唔好插咁應(yīng)。
廢話唔講,俾個(gè)Review 大家睇下先。(BTW,系唔系有Whatsapp Group Join?)

3. Assembly 組裝:

The assembly process of makibox is very easy. Assembling the makibox sounds like playing Lego. The only thing different is you just have to know how to screw the nuts.
Because of the ease of assembly process, the time you spent on assembling the makibox is around 3 hours if you know a newbie in 3D printing. You could get your first print of Makibox from assembling in an afternoon of a weekend.
組裝容易;如果你懂得砌Lego,組裝Makibox一定難不了你。因?yàn)榻M裝Makibox 只需要上螺絲而已。
由於組裝容易,所以組裝Makibox 需時(shí)時(shí)間短 (如果你是立體打印新手,只需約3小時(shí)組裝。一個(gè)週末的下午便可以由開始組裝到打印第一件物件)

4. Software: 軟件

Makibox is like other RepRap 3D printer. The slicing program and the program for controlling the stepping motors and extruder are different. Makibox uses its own developed software called “5D print" to control the stepping motors and the extruder.
"5D print" is a web app for you to control the electronics of Makibox through a simple User interface in a web browser. For the advanced user, you could control the Makibox with the common G-Code with the console in 5D print.

Pros 好處:

Makibox 的設(shè)計(jì)好好,有一些重點(diǎn)很聰明,如特別是有一個(gè)洞的熱床。

因?yàn)镸akibox 的設(shè)計(jì)好好,維護(hù)它的時(shí)間/心機(jī)可以最少化。而校正熱床是唯一你需要關(guān)注的事情。

Cons 不足之處:

It's still not a 3D printer for lazy customer. You still have to assembly.
Makibox 仍然不是一個(gè)俾懶人的立體打印機(jī),你仍然要組裝它。
The customer still needs to care about the calibration of the level of hotbed.
你仍需要校正熱床。

Marks 評(píng)分:

雖然得所謂三面,但用系不銹鋼成個(gè)feel solid好多;無咁玩具Feel。我自己覺得值得俾蘿。
遲下我想自己加個(gè)面蓋,保溫對(duì)Print ABS 好好多。
你想知Printrbot? 真系不吐不快
Printrbot is a shit!!我初初幫手Kickstarter 集資。Delay 都算啦(Kickstarter 都算好正常),佢又用啲死人美制尺寸。我都算啦,佢竟然寄漏好多件/寄幾件壞Parts 俾我,我Send 幾十個(gè)Emails ,成個(gè)月之后佢先覆我(你無睇錯(cuò)系EMAILS 成個(gè)月,我以為佢系火星。我Twitter 上質(zhì)問佢,佢先覆我)之后佢先死死地氣寄返啲Parts俾我,依樣野我都可以由佢。
最火滾嘅喺,佢一張紙都無說明點(diǎn)組裝、咁我以為上網(wǎng)有啦﹐點(diǎn)之乜Q都無教點(diǎn)裝;剩系得份野教你點(diǎn)Calibrate,喂,大佬我都要組裝到先Calibrate到嫁。再之后,佢先好大發(fā)慈悲咁拍再幾段所謂教學(xué)點(diǎn)組裝。沒有最差、只有更差,段Video佢自己都組裝錯(cuò)。乜Q都要自己摸。&*$&#(*#$
所以我以后都Blacklist 左依間野,我遇到任何朋友想玩3D printer 都叫佢打死都唔好買佢。佢個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)又唔系好,太過Open,印親ABS都起角。

不過有小小疑問想請(qǐng)教一下,可否做個(gè)精度測(cè)試,

前幾日?qǐng)?bào)紙都有看過此機(jī),說的天上有地下無比工業(yè)FDM還要精準(zhǔn),好像精度可以去到0.05mm

所以想入手一臺(tái)玩下

首先關(guān)於傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)疑問, 本機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)該是下圖所示吧







X,Y軸走絲桿,但X軸前端是釣空沒有負(fù)助的

如果Y軸在A點(diǎn)的時(shí)候我想精度當(dāng)然沒有問題,但Y軸在B點(diǎn)的時(shí)候我想應(yīng)該會(huì)出現(xiàn)問題了,

因?yàn)橹挥幸粋(gè)同步點(diǎn)A點(diǎn),向前時(shí)B點(diǎn)應(yīng)該因?yàn)椴煌礁鶕?jù)力學(xué)原理會(huì)出現(xiàn)"延遲效應(yīng)"

這樣結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)精度來是一個(gè)致命傷,而且在高速打印時(shí)會(huì)上產(chǎn)生振動(dòng),真的不敢相信這臺(tái)機(jī)子

可以做到如官方所說的精度來,樓主有沒方法測(cè)試一下我所說的結(jié)構(gòu)問題?
